Amy White (Director / Choreographer)
Amy is pleased to be directing her third consecutive YSTW production at the Apollo. She has a BFA in Musical Theatre from SUNY Fredonia and an MFA in Performing Arts from Savannah College of Art and Design. In the fall she will be teaching Musical Theatre and Theatre at William Peace University. Thanks to her family, friends, cast & crew. Cast, remember, "all that is good & important in this world takes work, and rest is "JIVE".

Alex Ayers (Music Director)
Alex Ayers is a rising senior at Duquesne University. He is majoring in Music Performance with an emphasis in Theory and Jazz Piano. This Alex's second time as the Youth Summer Theatre Workshop Music Director. Alex is an alumni of the Apollo Civic Theatre's YSTW and is excited to be a part of such a great program once again. He came to the Apollo at the age of nine and was a part of the chorus in "Once Upon A Mattress", but his most notable act was from "The Music Man" when he played a young Winthrop. Although this may be only his second time as the music director he does have teaching experience through being a counselor at the National Jazz Workshop at Shenandoah University and through programs at Duquesne. Alex is also currently working with the Authentic Community Theatre Company as the Assistant Music Director for their production of "Annie". After graduating he hopes to get his Masters in Jazz Studies.

Rennes Carbaugh (Stage Manager / Asst Choreographer)
is a graduate of Fairmont State University, with a degree in Theatre and Ball Room Dancing. He started out at the Apollo Theatre YSTW production of "The Music Man" when he was 10 years old. He is happy to be back to stage manage this year's YSTW production. He has recently had roles as O'Dell Carol in "Rocket Boys The Musical" and Cliff Bradshaw in "Cabaret" at Fairmont State. He will be in "Les Miserables" in the fall at the Apollo.
