Director’s Note
This has been an amazing journey!
I want to thank McKenna Rowell for allowing me to bring her book characters to life. The project began about two years ago when I was given the first script, and McKenna has been with me throughout.
I also want to thank Jamie Glavich and Act II Players for allowing us the opportunity to share this story with Mandarin. It has truly been a community experience. We have been blessed with the support of many Mandarin businesses and organizations.
Thanks also to my wonderful stage manager, Trish Mackin, who helped me hold it all together.
And thanks to the best cast ever!
We hope that you enjoy this original play in its premier showing. If you want to see what happens to the characters after this play, join us for UNVEILED…. coming soon!
This play is dedicated to all of the men and women who have given their service and in some cases their lives for our country. We also want to keep those in our hearts that are fighting wars now.
