    Artistic Director

    George is so fortunate to be this year's director of South Pacific and working once again with Webster Theatre Guild. He worked first with Webster theater guild when he was the music director for SYTE's production of Little Shop of Horrors in 2013 and is currently serving on the WTG Board. With a bachelor’s degree in music from the University of Rochester, he is no stranger to musical theater. He has performed in more than thirty productions with various community theaters like JCC Centerstage, Pittsford Musicals, Rochester Children’s Theater, TYKEs and Roberts Wesleyan College Community Theater. He has also directed high school students at The Charles Finney School, A Magical Journey Thru Stages, Westside Theatre, and with East Irondequoit schools where he currently works as a third grade teacher.

    Erica Davis

    Music Director

    is thrilled to be returning to the role of musical director for WTG’s South Pacific.  Erica made her WTG debut in the 1994 production of Peter Pan and has been heavily involved in the Rochester theater community ever since.  Her most recent involvement on stage with WTG has been in productions of Peter Pan, Jekyll & Hyde and The Music Man.  She loves spending two weeks every summer directing her youngest theater friends WTG’s summer theater camp “SYTE” and has served as a WTG Board member for the past three years.

     

  • Paula Steffen head shot

    Paula Steffen

    Choreographer

    Paula Steffen is a WTG Board Member & works at Bishop Kearney where she is the Director of Theater, Teacher & Alumni Coordinator. She has directed &/or choreographed over 35 plays and musicals for a variety of schools & theater groups. For close to a decade, Paula was a Division Leader/Adjudicator & member of the Steering Committee for RBTL’s Stars of Tomorrow educational program. She thanks Neil & Kylie for their support & is excited to share this experience with her daughter Paige before she heads off to college.
