  • LaMar Bagley

    Producing Artistic Director

    Dr. Bagley is the Director of Student Life for the Boys Residence Hall and Producing Artistic Director of The Falcon Theatre at The SEED School of Washington, D.C. Since his arrival at SEED, Dr. Bagley has directed Grease!, High School Musical, Once on This Island (2007), Sketches of Color, Little Shop of Horrors, Once On This Island (2010), Urban Rhapsody, Annie, Hairspray, Lion King, Jr., Bring It On: The Musical, Julius Caesar, Madagascar, and Aladdin, Jr. Under the direction of Dr. Bagley, The Falcon Theatre has become an award-winning program that has been recognized for Excellence in Ensemble Work and Excellence in Dance.  The Falcon Theatre was recognized by the American High School Theater Festival as one of top theater programs in the nation and selected to represent USA at the Edinburgh Fringe. Dr. Bagley was recognized as one of the nations top arts educators producing musical theater in January 2018 with the prestigious Freddie G Fellowship.

  • Randee Grant

    Choreographer

    Ms. Grant is the Overnight and Morning Program Manager for the Girls Residence Hall and the Resident Choreographer of the SEED Falcon Theater. She received the prestigious honor of receiving The 2014 Broadway Jr. “Best Choreography Award’ for her choreography in the Falcon Theater production of “Annie”; her choreography also received the 2017 Excellence in Dance award for the production of Madagascar, Jr. She has earned a nomination for the DC Mayor’s Art Award for Artistic Excellence in 2012 and has choreographed and costumed over 10 productions at the Kennedy Center. She is a multi-talented artist with over 25 years of experience in the performing arts, arts education and textile art design. Most known for her expertise in traditional cultural performing arts and arts education consultation, her professional dance and theatre training hails from Hampshire College in Amherst, MA and Alvin Ailey American Dance Theatre in NYC.
