    Audra Faust

Audra is the founder and director of The Bethany Stage and it's Fine Arts Studio.  After graduating from SNU in 2005, Audra went on to The Boston Conservatory of Music where she completed her masters. She has served at SNU since 2009 in either teaching voice or stage directing. Over the years she has directed several shows including John Davies' Pinocchio, Clark Gesner's You're a Good Man Charlie Brown, Sondheim's Into the Woods, Gilbert and Sullivan's The Pirates of Penzance, Allen Knee's Little Women, and Alan Menken's Beauty and the Beast. In 2016, Audra opened The Bethany Stage out of the love for Bethany and her students at SNU.  In the inaugural season for The Bethany Stage, she directed Jory's Pride and Prejudice, Shakespeare's Much Ado About Nothing, Linney's A Christmas Carol, and most recently Loesser's Guys and Dolls. Audra's most important roles in life are being the wife to the love of her life and mommy to the two sweetest girls!

    Melissa Dietz

Melissa Shirey Dietz is extremely proud to return home to work in her home town at The Bethany Stage. She is grateful that there is a place for her to do her favorite thing in the whole world. Thanks to Audra for the trust to just let go and see what happens, to Paul for encouraging excellence in everything, and to a little girl who wanted to be in a play so very much all those years ago. You are the light of my life.

  • Scott Regester head shot

    Scott Regester

While Scott loves to be on the stage and has performed in various roles including Bob Cratchit in The Bethany Stage production of A Christmas Carol, he's just as excited with a hammer in his hand.  Growing up in a carpenter's family Scott says he has multiple summers of 'forced labor' under his belt working with his father. And while he wasn't excited about the early mornings and long hours back then he really appreciates the skills learned that have allowed him to be involved in set design and construction since 1991.
