Shana Mahoney - Director
Shana has taught Broadway Babies and Kids classes with RCT, as well as directing several RCT musicals including Willy Wonka and Disney's Cinderella KIDS. She has performed as a teaching artist in previous RCT shows such as: SHREK (Mama Ogre),THE WIZARD OF OZ (Witch/Ms. Gulch), THE LITTLE MERMAID (Ursula) and ANNIE (Grace Farrell). Other professional credits include: CATS, BEAUTY AND THE BEAST, CABARET, FORBIDDEN BROADWAY, EVITA, DANCE OF THE VAMPIRES, and ME AND JULIET. Shana is a graduate of the Hartt School of Music and currently serves as the Muisc Director for the St Barnabas Church. One of the Bronx and Westchester’s priemiere voice teachers she has a thriving studio here in the Bronx.

Victoria Kulak - Assistant Director
Tori is so excited to be working on another RCT production! Previous credits include Summerlights productions, "Honk! Jr" and "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory." Tori also teaches the Broadway Babies & Kids classes, and is the Sunlights Head Teacher in RCT's Summerlights program. Outside of RCT, Tori is the founding drama teacher at Westchester Torah Academy, and also teaches a pre-school arts enrichment program.

Derek Woods - Technical Director
Derek and wife Becky Lillie Woods founded The Riverdale Children's Theatre in 2010. Since then RCT has produced over 40 full stage productions, touching the lives of hundreds of families in the Bronx and beyond. He is extremely proud to have been recently named the Grand Marshal of the 2017 Throggs Neck St. Patrick's Day Parade, in honor of his commitment to the Bronx.

Dale Smallwood - Production Manager
Dale is excited to once again be working with RTC. Stage management credits include over 30 productions with The Pearl Theatre Company, NYC, A Midsummer Night’s Dream, The Caucasian Chalk Circle, Stage Door (The New School for Drama, NYC); Hannah, Follow Me to Nellie’s, Rabbit Hole, Regrets Only (Premiere Stages, NJ), The Tempest (Shakespeare on the Sound, CT).
