  • Becky Lillie Woods

    Director/Artistic Director

    Becky is the Co-Founder and Artistic Director of RCT. She has a Master of Arts in Teaching Music from Lehman College and a BFA in Musical Theatre from Cincinnati College Conservatory of Music. Among her Directing credits: Beauty and the Beast,You’re A Good Man Charlie Brown, Dear Edwina, Seussical, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat and Les Miserables. Under her direction, the Riverdale Children's Theatre has been recognized as one of the nation's top children's theatre companies by both American Towns Media and Backstage Magazine. Many of her students have gone on to be accepted to many of the top theatre and music programs in the country, such as Wagner College, Ithica College, AMDA and Hartt School of Music. In 2015 Becky was nominated for TONY Awards" Excellence in Theater" education award. She is also proud to serve on the Special Education Committee for the Archdiocese of New York since 2010

  • Justina Ercole

    Choreographer

    is a NYC based actor/choreographer who has been with RCT since 2013. Select RCT credits include: 42nd Street, Joseph, Thoroughly Modern Millie, Wizard of Oz, and Annie. Justina has performed and choreographed at regional theaters across the country and teaches at Broadway Bodies in Chelsea. BA in Theatre from Temple University. www.justinaercole.com

  • Paul Loman

    Music Director

    is a music director, teacher, pianist, and organist who works in New York City and Westchester County. In addition to private piano and voice students, Paul teaches elementary and middle school music and directs an adult and children's choir at St. Ann's Parish in Yonkers. He works with children in theatre at RCT and White Plains Performing Arts Center. Paul studied music at James Madison in VA.

  • Derek Woods

    Technical Director

    (Director)-Derek and wife Becky Lillie Woods founded The Riverdale Children's Theatre in 2010. Since then RCT has produced over 40 full stage productions, touching the lives of hundreds of families in the Bronx and beyond. He is extremely proud to have been named the Grand Marshal of the 2017 Throggs Neck St. Patrick's Day Parade, in honor of his commitment to the Bronx.
