I really enjoyed playing in the orchestra of last year's musical and wanted to be part of it again."Amazing" describes my experience being a part of this production because playing in "The Sound of Music" has been fun and has given me a chance to play music outside of school concerts. After graduation, I plan on majoring in applied mathematics, and continue playing music.

  • Brian White head shot

I became involved in this production because my friends Connor and Lauren were both already in the cast. This production is FUN. I have met new people and have been having a good time. I am looking forward to relaxing this summer and then going to college. I will definitely still be involved in theater.

Message from the Director

These are a few of  "my favorite things:”

this cast,

the show’s staff,

Notre Dame Academy,

my family.

The hills may be “alive with the sound of music,”

but the corridors of this beautiful school

are always alive with the sound of happy, excited,

beautiful young women,

many of whom are "sixteen going on seventeen.”

Following the mission of the Sisters of Notre Dame,

we teach them

not only what they need for life,

but also to "climb every mountain, ford every stream,

follow every rainbow, till you find your dream.”
