 About The Nominees 

  • Madeline Barbeau (Natalie/Ed in

    Madeline Barbeau (Natalie/Ed in "All Shook Up")

    has been performing in theatre since the age of four. Past credits include Slightly Soiled (Peter Pan), Princess Picklesauce (Unicorns and Dragons! World Premiere), Hope (Almost, Maine), Mary Bedloe (Twisted Tales of Poe), and Mary Gentry (To Burn a Witch). Madeleine enjoys playing trumpet in her school’s wind ensemble and participates in the ILMEA’s District IX Choir and Jazz Choir.

  • Corey Barlow (Che in

    Corey Barlow (Che in "Evita")

    has appeared in Cary-Grove High School’s musicals: Anything Goes (Sailor), Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat (Joseph) R&H’s Cinderella (Topher), and the Illinois All-State Production of Sweeney Todd (Company). He was nominated for Best Actor in the 2016 IHSMTA for the role of Topher in Rogers &Hammerstein’s Cinderella (winner of 2016 IHSMTA Best Musical).

  • Dominic Cappuccilli (Stine in

    Dominic Cappuccilli (Stine in "City of Angels")

    is so excited to be a nominee! Other musicals include Thoroughly Modern Millie, Shrek, The Little Mermaid, and Music Man. He is involved in his high school’s show choir, where he has arranged two of the choir’s ballads. Dominic also enjoys composing and scored his high school’s production of Midsummer's Night Dream. He enjoys sharing his passion for music and recording songs with his 4 siblings.

  • Lindsey Doody (Laurey Williams in

    Lindsey Doody (Laurey Williams in "Oklahoma!")

    is a 2017 graduate of Lincoln-Way East High School. At Lincoln-Way, in addition to Laurey, she has played Wendy Darling (Peter Pan), and Alice Beineke (The Addams Family). She has been involved in choir all throughout school, and she has been a member of the ILMEA District 1 Senior Chorus and the All-State Chorus. She plans to major in Music Education next year at Grand Valley State University.

  • Natalie Doppelt (Wednesday Addams in

    Natalie Doppelt (Wednesday Addams in "The Addams Family")

    is thrilled for this opportunity! She has also appeared in Our Town (Emily), Legally Blonde (Vivienne), Charlotte’s Web (Narrator), and The Little Mermaid (Ariel). Natalie was a cast member in the 2016 and 2017 All-State productions of RENT and Sweeney Todd. Thanks to Alicia Akers, Susan Gorman, Helen Crowley, Michael Clack, Julie Crossen and members of R-Hall for the love and support.
