 Crew Who's Who

  • Julian Malater

    Student Assistant Director

Julian Malater is a senior who has learned an incredible amount from working on theater, especially from directing. His previous roles include Father Roger in The Laramie Project: Ten Years Later, Herr Zeller in the Sound of Music, and the Rabbi in last summers production of Fiddler on the Roof at Levels. He recently directed the production of The Picture of Dorian Gray at Levels. While he is far less experienced than many of the actors in this production, he has found working with them to be more rewarding because of it, as their experience has honed excellent instincts in many of them that create a collaborative environment during the rehearsal process. He would like to thank his family and friends for supporting him in this endeavor, Dr. Robinson for providing her musical expertise, and Mr. Marr for his marvelous mentorship and guidance.
