    Lisa holds a Bachelor Degree in Fine Arts from The Boston Conservatory.  After receiving her degree, Lisa ventured to New York City continuing her studies under well known studios such as Broadway Dance Center, Phil Blacks, and Steps. Lisa is the director of Backstage Dance Center in Ashland, MA.

    This is Adam's first show with BRC, and he is excited to work with such a talented director and cast. Adam has been music directing shows for 7 years now. He is Bryant University's musical director (since 2011), and performs across the state. In his down time, Adam is a music director within the Archdiocese of Boston, in Hingham, Mass. He teaches privately, and in the new year will be the music/drama teacher at St. Philip School in Greenville, RI. Adam is a Bellingham resident, and lives with his wife Celeste, his son Nikolai, and their German Shepherd, Falk.

    Nancy is delighted to be reunited with Brian Hickey, her long-time creative partner, in helping to launch Backstage Repertory Company.  Since 2006 the pair has collaborated on many shows.  A native of Rochester, NY, Nancy was trained at SUNY Geneseo and in the Brandeis MFA program, and has worked in Boston theatre for many years including the Huntington Theatre, ART, Boston Opera, Boston Ballet..  She would like to thank her ever-supportive husband, Neil Osterweil, and her sons, George and Byron, for their (mostly) gracious acceptance of their home being regularly turned into a costume shop/scenic studio.

    Brian is excited to continue this new chapter as Artistic Director of BRC and is looking forward to the coming year with so much going on at the Marketplace Theatre.  Brian has been teaching and directing theatre for 25 years accumulating over 60 directorial credits.  Brian resides in Franklin with his wife Amy and their 3 children.
