    Cooper James

    Cooper is an NAACP Image Award-nominated TV Writer/Producer who’s worked on over one hundred episodes of network television. After attending Rutgers, he began his entertainment career at the Gately/Poole Acting Studio. During this time, he also trained with Lloyd Williamson. The NYC stand-up comedy circuit soon followed, but his love of writing comedy began to supersede his desire to perform. He re-located to LA and landed a deal with HBO that led to his Executive Story Editor position on ABC’s Hanging with Mr. Cooper. Cooper aided in the development of The Jamie Foxx Show, where he became Supervising Producer.His production company, Shrink Wrap Media, delivers custom content across multiple media platforms-film, television, digital, and podcast. He is also co-Creator, Executive Producer, Director of the comedy series, Ramon and Ramona, in pre-production. Cooper also has multiple writing, producing and directing projects in various stages of development.

    Kay Vaughn

    Kay Vaughn is an entertainment industry veteran. After years in management for the night club business, Kay coproduced a critically acclaimed music series presenting for the first time, some of the most provocative, groundbreaking jazz artists of the current era. Kay transitioned into artist management representing international recording artists such as visionary saxophonist Greg Osby, bassist Lonnie Plaxico, and South African vocalist/former lead actor from the Broadway Musical, The Lion King, Tsidii Le Loka, to name a few. Kay also represented notable visual artists Ibn Anderson and Bariq Cobbs, creators of the iconic “Funky Roots” and “Tribe Vibe” clothing line whose creations were featured on The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air and Martin.Kay later worked as CFO for Chris Schwartz, founder of Ruffhouse Records, before relocating to LA to work in the film industry. Kay is bicoastal and currently developing several theatrical, TV and feature film projects.
